Instantly lift the skin

Contour and enhance features
WHAT IS HArmonyCa?
HArmonyCa can lift, contour, and enhance areas of the face like the cheeks, lower face, and jowls and improve elasticity over time. This means it could reduce signs of ageing such as fine lines, volume loss, and thinning skin by helping restore a natural ‘bounce’.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
HArmonyCa is injected into the lateral part of the face in a superficial (sub-dermal) manner. Due to its dual-action, the HA (Hyaluronic Acid) component provides an immediate lifting effect, while the CaHA (Calcium Hydroxyapatite) spheres trigger continuous collagen stimulation through activating ibroblasts. As a result, new collagen fibres may be present as early as one week following treatment.
WHO IS HARMONYCA FOR?
HArmonyCa is for patients with a considerable amount of wrinkles on the side of the face and in front of the ears, especially when smiling. HArmonyCa can target and treat the lateral aspect of the face only, not the lips or neck.

What does the product include?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) is at the core of HArmonyCA, plus it also contains lidocaine, a numbing agent to minimise any discomfort experienced.
It contains CaHa microspheres which support the body’s own collagen production and works deep within the dermis to form a scaffold for the internal growth of fibroblasts.
How many treatments will I need?
At your initial consultation we will create a bespoke treatment pathway for you, however, most patients take between 1-3 treatments.
What to expect?
HArmonyCa is administered superficially into the skin, using a cannula. It means fewer needle pricks and safer delivery compared to needles. It is a superficial procedure in the under-layer of the skin on the side of the face, so numbing cream is not needed but we use it if our patients request it and the treatment is safe.
There are 1-3 injection points per side. The procedure comes with minimal discomfort, and is easy to manage. Straight after the treatment, the skin will be cleansed again gently and massaged with arnica gel to smooth out the CaHA spheres evenly.
What is the difference between HarmonyCa and other dermal fillers?
The main differences between HArmonyCa and the rest of the Juvederm range are the following:
- HArmonyCa has a long-lasting effect on the quality of this skin by improving its structure beyond the longevity of the HA component.
- HArmonyCa treats the superficial under-layer of the skin, while the other Juvederm volumising fillers are placed in the deeper tissues either on boney foundation or in the fat layers.
- Due to the superficial placement of HArmonyCa, it doesn’t have most of the possible complications of soft tissue fillers, such as vascular occlusion.
